Louis brings over two decades of experience in the facilities sector, where he has led and operated large businesses at the pinnacle of excellence.

With his Chartered status and visionary leadership, Louis has propelled Hive to become the highest scoring B Corp in the sector, setting a new standard for environmental, transparency and social responsibility.

He will drive new business and champion Hive FM's robust ESG strategy, ensuring a brighter, more sustainable future for all stakeholders.

Peter Farrimond

Peter has spent his career in the construction industry, from a trades background through business leadership, management and ownership.

He has led multi-million-pound projects in the commercial, health, leisure and retail sectors with facility management, fit-out and refurbishment encompassed therein.

He brings this extensive experience, skill and knowledge to Hive FM as Contracts Director with the ambition to bring excellence to all facets of customer service levels, both technically and commercially.

Gemma Norman

Gemma is a Facilities & ESG specialist with over 16 years experience working for Londons top landlords and co working providers.

Gemma is a Technical FM specialising in hard services, new openings, project management, net zero pathway, construction and development and rapid scaleup.

She is highly skilled and is well versed in managing large teams across multi million pound commercial portfolios and will oversee contract negotiation, mobilisation, ESG, Net Zero and oversee new projects.
